Information collected on the public website
When you submit a demo or contact enquiry, we may collect the name, mobile number and optional factory/business context that you choose to provide. Marketing attribution fields such as UTM source, medium and campaign may also be recorded. The public form does not require GSTIN, customer lists, production data or financial records.
How enquiry information is used
Enquiry information is used to respond to the request, understand product fit, arrange a demonstration, discuss onboarding or pricing, and maintain a record of the sales conversation.
Source and referral information
The application records the public page from which a lead was submitted. Referrer information is reduced to the referring origin and path before storage; query parameters are not intentionally retained in the referrer field.
Product account data
Data created after a customer account is established is part of the BrickOps application service rather than this public enquiry page. Its handling depends on the applicable service agreement, product configuration, access controls and legal obligations.
Security and access
We use technical and organizational controls intended to limit unauthorized access to application and enquiry data. No system can be described as absolutely secure, and we do not make an absolute security guarantee.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained for legitimate business, support, contractual and legal purposes and should be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer reasonably required, subject to applicable obligations.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit the public enquiry form. If you have already contacted us, you may request correction or deletion of enquiry information where applicable by contacting JASIQ Labs through the current BrickOps contact channel.
Updates
This notice may be updated as the public website, service or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will be shown on this page.
