Who operates BrickOps

Information collected on the public website
When you submit a demo or contact enquiry, we may collect the name, mobile number and optional factory/business context that you choose to provide. Marketing attribution fields such as UTM source, medium and campaign may also be recorded. The public form does not require GSTIN, customer lists, production data or financial records.
Account and subscription information
When a BrickOps account or subscription is created, we may process account identity, organization details, billing contact information, subscription state, invoice and payment references, and plan history required to provide and administer the service. Sensitive payment credentials entered in a payment provider's hosted interface are not stored by BrickOps.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, provide and secure BrickOps, create and administer accounts, process subscription and billing workflows, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain required business records, and improve the product and customer experience.
Payment and service providers
BrickOps may use payment, hosting, communications, analytics or other service providers where needed to operate the service. We share information only as reasonably required for the relevant service and do not sell customer or enquiry data to advertisers.
Source and referral information
The application records the public page from which a lead was submitted. Referrer information is reduced to the referring origin and path before storage; query parameters are not intentionally retained in the referrer field.
Product account data
Operational data created inside a customer tenant is processed to provide the BrickOps service and is subject to tenant access controls, applicable service terms and legal obligations. Customer business records are not used as public marketing content without authorization.
Security and access
We use technical and organizational controls intended to limit unauthorized access to application and enquiry data. No system can be described as absolutely secure, and we do not make an absolute security guarantee.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained for legitimate service, support, contractual, security, accounting and legal purposes and is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer reasonably required, subject to applicable retention obligations and backup cycles.
Your choices and requests
You may choose not to submit the public enquiry form. Where applicable, you may request correction or deletion of enquiry or personal information by contacting support@jasiqlabs.com. Certain records may need to be retained where required for contractual, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or legal purposes.

This policy may be updated as the public website, BrickOps service, providers or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will be shown on this page.
