Service provider
BrickOps is a software-as-a-service product developed and operated by JASIQ Labs Private Limited. These Terms & Conditions apply to the BrickOps public website, customer accounts and standard subscription services unless a separately executed order form or service agreement expressly overrides a provision.
BrickOps service
BrickOps provides business-management software for brick manufacturing operations, including capabilities made available under the customer's selected plan. Features, limits and availability may differ by plan and may change as the product evolves. Only functionality included in the customer's current entitlement should be treated as available under that subscription.
Accounts and customer responsibility
Customers must provide accurate account and billing information, keep login credentials secure and ensure that users added to their tenant are authorized to access the business data available to them. The customer is responsible for lawful use of BrickOps and for the accuracy of operational data entered into the service.
Plans, pricing and taxes
Public standard-plan pricing is sourced from the BrickOps billing system. The checkout review shows the applicable billing cycle, amount and taxes before payment authorization. Enterprise, custom implementation or separately agreed services may use an order form or commercial proposal. Applicable taxes are added or shown as required.
Billing and recurring authorization
A paid plan may use recurring payment authorization through the configured payment provider. By completing the provider authorization, the customer authorizes charges according to the selected plan and billing cycle until the subscription is changed or cancelled. BrickOps does not collect or store raw card details or UPI credentials entered in provider-hosted payment interfaces.
Renewal and payment status
Paid subscriptions renew according to the selected billing cycle unless a cancellation or other approved plan change is scheduled. Browser-side payment success is not the final billing authority; BrickOps confirms payment and subscription state using server-side or provider verification. If a renewal payment fails, the customer may be asked to repair the payment method or retry while the billing system applies its configured recovery rules.
Cancellation and resume
A customer Owner can schedule cancellation for the end of the current paid period and will be shown the service end date. Access continues through that paid period unless a separate immediate termination or refund arrangement is explicitly approved. A scheduled cancellation may be resumed before the effective cancellation date where the product offers that action.
Refunds
Cancellation does not by itself create an automatic refund for an already-started paid period. Refund eligibility, duplicate or erroneous charges, non-activation cases and approved refund processing are governed by the BrickOps Cancellation & Refund Policy available from the public website footer.
Digital delivery
BrickOps is delivered digitally. FREE access is created through the approved registration and onboarding flow, and paid-plan access is activated after the required provider and server confirmation. No physical goods are shipped as part of a normal BrickOps subscription.
Acceptable use
Do not use BrickOps or its public endpoints for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or malicious activity; security probing; unauthorized access; impersonation; automated abuse; or activity intended to disrupt the service or other customers.
Suspension or termination
JASIQ Labs may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, material misuse, unresolved payment failure or protection of the service and other customers. Where practical and legally permitted, we aim to provide appropriate notice or recovery guidance.
Intellectual property
BrickOps software, product interfaces, website content and related branding are owned by or licensed to JASIQ Labs except where third-party rights are identified. Subscription access grants a limited right to use the service; it does not transfer ownership of the software or permit unauthorized copying, reverse engineering or redistribution.
Service availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. Product capabilities, public content, plans and integrations may change. Material subscription changes are handled through the applicable billing or product flow or customer agreement.
Limitation and business decisions
BrickOps assists operational record keeping and management visibility but does not replace professional accounting, tax, legal or regulatory advice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, JASIQ Labs is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from customer-entered data, unauthorized customer-side access, third-party service failure or business decisions made without appropriate independent review.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra, except where applicable law requires another forum or process.
